Hi Andy,
How are you? I miss you a lot.Ihave not written to you since you went for your National Service on June13,2008.Today, I want to tell you about a new student that joined my class a week ago.Her name is Shermin and she is from Clementi Woods Secondary School.She is in my class.She has big and black eyes.Her eyelashes are very thick.Her hair is short and neat and also very fashionable.Her fringe is very straight.She has fair and smooth skin.Her height is about 1.7m tall.She looks very cheerful and she is very helpful.The first day she came,we had a party to welcome her.
On the first day,she looked very shy.The class treated her very badly.As theteacher was very angrdy,we were lectured by her.Shermin was very scared,she cried and ran out of the classroom.The class chairman chased after her.The class chairman consoled her before she came back to class.
After she came in,the class apologised to her.As she is from China,she did not know what sorry means.The chinese students then explained what it means to her.She thanked us and stopped crying.We then took her back to her seat.I think I have to stop here.Bye
